We offer refunds for subscription payments made directly to Vecta if the refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of the original payment date. After thirty (30) days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds apply only to the most recent subscription charge and do not cover prior periods.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Processing times for the credited amount may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Professional services, consulting, or custom development work;
  • Fees paid to third-party vendors or partners in connection with your use of the Service;
  • Charges incurred due to your violation of our Terms of Service or other policies.
